Played on an 2 x 3 boards with 3 sets of pieces.

Introduction

Grand Triple Chess is played on a 2 x 3 regular board arrangement with 3 sets of pieces. Queens replace the additional two Kings.

Starting Position

3 sets of pieces for each color over 24 squares.

Queens replace the additional kings.
Board is interactive - make a move

The moves of the pieces remains the same as Standard Chess.

Pawn Promotion

White pawns promote on twelth rank, black on the fifth.

Castling

There is no Castling when playing Grand Triple Chess.

En Passant

Normal en-passant rules apply.

Winning

Winning conditions remain the same as Standard Chess.
