A private forum is exclusive to it's membership. Any posting that takes place is between the members ans as such they frequently post things which they would never dream of posting in a public forum. Over an over we have heard that you cannot re-post a PM. If that is true, then re-posting material from a Private Forum would also be prohibited.

In any event, I'm not that upset by this instance of illegal and unethical behavior. I think it reflects much worse on the person breaking the rules than it does on us.

There is something pathetic about sending a spy into a private forum to cherry pick quotes for general distribution.

Reminds me of those Nixon boys that got into so much trouble.

There's no rule against posting material from a Private Forum. The fact is it only bothers you when it shows TSM clowns being obvious hypocrites and phonies. That isn't news, however.

I dont know anyone banned for posting PM or information from Private forum. If we take serious claim of Mctayto that its "violance of privacy" then also retelling private conversation between to persons (making intrigues against 3rd person) could be considered as "violance of privacy".

If you dislike unmasking of your unethical behavior and hypocrisy it does not make my actions "illegal and unethical".

And I dont need to send someone your private forum, because even without sending someone there are persons in your club which don`t like your backstabbing in private forum.

2) For your notice - education and unethical behaviour are not corelated. So "educated man" and "lawyer twisting everthing to suit your own purposes" are not in conflict.

So please learn something about arguing and logic.
