Its silly to believe any method is completely accurate, and above error.
Accurate reporting still exists, it need only be reported to a group of professionals, or at
least a group dedicated to the study of said issues.
Imagine a justice system where all you needed to do was publish your personal findings,
which would not be double checked, and the ...[text shortened]... much more likely to be poisoned, than by the few cheaters who may slip
through the cracks.

Personally Im kinda surprised the forums arent members only..... especially with all the mud the non-subs throw around.

Just because it happened that way, doesn't provide any evidence it wouldn't have
happened in the same way without said factor.
If I catch a fish, and call it a fish, then throw it back, will it live its whole life a fish?
The fact is, I could have left him alone and he was still a fish. Little change was made.
Some animal will eat him, as a fish, because he's a fish, not because I call him a fish.
Cheaters will be banned for cheating, not for being named as cheaters. The only
factor of importance in said situation, is the reporting. If the third party reports the
possibility, then the investigative possibility greatly rises. This reporting can take
place without any "mob".

The problems the mods face when it comes to cheaters is:
1. Who to trust- Imagine if a cheater got on the moderation team (I dont know if
that has occured or not)
2. Who has the Time or the dedication to proving someones guilt.
quality.
as for 1.
I think Joury/cludi would be an example of said problem. That is of course, if he was
ever guilty at all...
As you said with Ironman31, a mob attacked him and he was banned...however
what about SAADGEORGE and Blasek? What angry mob attacked them in the forums?
.. Quiet bans, with no uproar.
... Cheaters removed without defaming everyone in sight first.
An insane idea.
