Now, how about commenting on the OP "1) What is your own personal overall assessment of Red Hot Pawn's online correspondence chess game and public forum functions and features? 2) Which of these do you enjoy and benefit from the most and/or least? 3) Other objectively focused and relevant comments?"

And doesn't it seem that we all win when Red Hot Pawn succeeds in winning more market share.

Why does it have to win "more market share" to be able to continue?

But they don't know that Bob. They think the topic is always about them, and the only way for them to feel good about themselves is to insult and ridicule others.

RHP is a small enterprise in the big scheme of things and therefore the owners and shareholders (if any) will be more interested in maintaining reliable revenue streams rather than gaining nebulous "market share". Perhaps you would be better serving Russ by promoting the site and generating more subscriptions within your local community, or perhaps by starting a blog; which has been suggested to you on many occasions.

Besides, market share of what? Online chess? online gaming generally? The market is so fragmented that referring to market share is only really meaningful on a macro level.
