Speculative Question: Since December 17, 2015 [inception date of this thread] until January 18, 2016 [today] there have been forty five (45) pages containing six hundred and seventy three (673) posts or an average of twenty one (21) posts per day [many veering far off the original post's topic]..
Is it within the realm of possibility that this public forum thread has morphed into a micro clans forum?
If so, is this event a timely good thing for the overall benefit of all concerned or not?

"The unsolicited anonymous subscription renewal on my behalf occurred seven or eight days after the previous subscription expired on January 6, 2016. The medical issues mentioned in the this thread's original post are still unresolved. Next doctor's appointment is February 15, 2016."

There has been lively interaction between a fair number General Forum community members on this thread [which was started with your attention-seeking announcement and did not have a clear 'topic' per se beyond that]. Lively interaction is the life blood of an online message board.

If a friend of mine here paid for a subscription for me and did not tell me that they had done so, I think it would make me look kind of silly. Are you saying this friend has asked you to keep his or her name confidential, or are you saying this friend has paid for the subscription and for some strange reason has not told you who they are, even if it makes you look kind of silly, partly because of how contrived and implausible it sounds?

There were hundreds of people who could have paid anonymously to make Grampy Bobby stay with us! Every single one of them anonymous. We'll never know how many people were willing to do it!
Let's try the process of elimination.
It wasn't me. 🙂
