I am not entirely sure I understand what you are saying as you are using some terms that I am unfamiliar with. My text was not an attempt to address law or whether law has an inherent morality or not but a practical perspective on some of the issues that have a bearing on the reporting of child abuse for ministers of religion and what may have been ...[text shortened]... orroborative evidence on one hand and the need to protect those who are vulnerable on the other.
