I don't think there are feuds here now. Just people posting in the ordinary way and a very very few, who can be counted pretty well in the fingers of one hand, who can't seem to stop themselves from having a go at all and sundry.

I will add this for anyone who cares: I also stopped posting 'regularly' when someone posted something awful about my deceased Mother. It really bothered me, still does, and I felt that posting on these forums was not worth the personal warfare that could come my way. Not worth the risk.

Wow. Out of your own mouth you condemn yourself as someone who thinks of some people as pariahs, which means you see them as outcasts, a class apart, people to be scorned. You exhibit the ultimate in mean-spiritedness, in being judgemental, in considering yourself to be better than some others.
This does not go well with how you represent yourself in the Spirituality forum and elsewhere. Finally, by the way, when you say something like "he is widely regarded as" you should know that that's a close cousin of "Everybody says" or "Everybody thinks". My children were brought up to know what a very wrong attitude that is, and even in primary school they could spot that attitude a mile off.
You're not in primary school. You have to be over 13 to be here. You should know better.
