Sir I have direct experience. I have family member who suffers those very things, who has been hospitalised on three occasions sectioned under the mental health act, for harming themselves and attempted suicide, had it been turpentine on one occasion rather than whit ...[text shortened]... ility. To lose all hope appears to me to be a spiritual crisis rather than a purely medical one.
